Swap TRX to USDT — Select a Tether Payout Network
Exchange TRX held on TRON for USDT delivered to a compatible wallet. First decide which USDT network your receiving wallet accepts; the same USDT ticker can represent tokens on different chains, and the payout choice determines the address you should enter.
Choose where Tether will arrive
Open the receiving wallet or platform’s USDT deposit screen and identify its accepted network. In the exchange form, select a USDT payout network that is both offered for this route and supported by that recipient. If you want USDT on TRON, choose the TRON payout option only if the live order offers it and the receiving wallet supports that token and network.
A wallet that displays a USDT balance on Ethereum or another chain does not automatically accept a TRON USDT payout. Check any custodial deposit memo, minimum or network restriction before submitting. The address and the USDT network are one combined destination choice.
Convert a TRX amount into an estimated USDT receipt
Enter the TRX you plan to send. The converter can show reference estimates for 1 TRX, 100 TRX or a custom input, with a timestamp where implemented. Those examples are not static exchange-rate promises. A one-TRX example may fall below the live order minimum even when the converter can calculate it.

The order quote shows the available route, minimum, service fee, applicable network costs and expected USDT payout. Compare the amount you will actually send with its output. Floating terms can refresh; where the route offers a fixed quote, the order displays the validity deadline. Read the current order rather than relying on a cached converter number.
Keep enough TRX to send from TRON
TRX is the source asset on TRON. Your wallet needs the resources or balance required to broadcast the TRX transfer to the order deposit address. If the wallet has previously frozen or delegated resources, its interface may show a spendable amount different from the headline balance. Use the spendable figure when setting the exchange amount.
The source transaction is a TRON transfer. The destination can be USDT on a supported payout network selected in the order; those two network choices serve different stages. This route does not ask you to deposit existing USDT.
Place and monitor the TRX to USDT order
The Tether destination must be chosen before sending TRX. Once funded, the order status links the TRON deposit to the USDT payout on the selected network.
- Select TRX → USDT and the supported Tether payout network.
- Paste the recipient’s USDT address and check its deposit requirements.
- Review the TRX send amount, USDT estimate and live minimum; create the order.
- Send TRX on TRON to the fresh order deposit address and retain the order ID.
- Follow deposit, processing and the USDT payout in the order status.
If a wallet or exchange deducts a withdrawal fee from the specified TRX amount, check what will arrive. For an underpayment or late send, contact Swaptron Support with the order ID and TRON transaction ID.
Why the payout-network choice helps
Tether’s payout network is a real wallet compatibility decision, not just a display label. The order connects that choice with a TRX send amount and estimated USDT receipt.
- You choose a supported Tether destination rather than assuming every USDT address is interchangeable.
- The form ties the TRX amount to the USDT payout and current route minimum.
- Standard orders can be created without registration and tracked by ID.
- The order separates the TRON deposit from the eventual USDT payout.

A later USDT transfer and this exchange are different transactions. The questions below clarify token identity and what to do when the desired payout network is unavailable.
No. TRX is the coin you send on TRON in this order. USDT is the Tether token you receive on the selected supported payout network.
Only if your payout was on TRON and the receiving wallet supports USDT there. A later token transfer has its own network resource requirements; they are separate from this exchange order.
Do not choose another network simply to obtain a quote. Use a recipient that accepts an offered payout network or wait until a compatible route is available.
