Information Connected to an Exchange
An order may include its ID, selected route and network, source and payout amounts, quote conditions, timestamps, deposit and receiving addresses, transaction hashes and processing status. The wallet address you enter is needed to route the payout; a transaction hash helps match a deposit to the order. If an order enters risk-based review, additional information may be requested for that case as described in the AML policy.
When you contact support, we receive the email address and content you choose to send, along with correspondence about the request. The website may also generate technical and security records such as IP address, browser or device details, request times and error events needed to operate and protect the service. Do not send a seed phrase, private key or wallet password.
Why the Information Is Used
Order data supports quote creation, deposit matching, payout instructions, status tracking, dispute resolution and support. Technical data helps maintain availability, troubleshoot failures and detect misuse. Information may be used to review an unusual transaction, comply with an applicable obligation or respond to a lawful request where required.
Only the data needed for a specific purpose should be requested. No registration requirement should be confused with an anonymous transaction: public-chain addresses and transaction records remain visible on the blockchain, and an order may require additional review.
Public Blockchain Records and Service Providers
A blockchain transaction is published on the relevant network and can remain visible through independent explorers even if an internal service record is deleted. Swaptron.io cannot erase or alter that public ledger. Other wallet providers, payment platforms or receiving services may apply their own data practices when you use them.
Operational providers may process data needed for hosting, order status, email delivery, security or exchange execution. Information can also be shared where a valid legal obligation or an order investigation requires it. For a question about a specific service provider involved in your order, contact the privacy team.
Cookies and Similar Technology
Essential or security cookies may keep the order flow working, preserve session settings and defend against abuse. Analytics cookies should be used only if enabled and disclosed with the appropriate controls. Browser settings can block or remove cookies, but blocking essential storage may disrupt the order or status page. Check the site's cookie controls for the categories in use and any available nonessential choice.
Retention and Deletion
Support correspondence is kept for up to 18 months, order records needed for disputes, security or compliance for up to 36 months, and routine technical and security logs for up to 90 days. An incident, unresolved claim or applicable obligation may require a longer hold for relevant records. When a record is no longer needed, it should be deleted or made non-identifying under the operational retention procedure.
These internal periods do not control independently stored blockchain records. If you have a question about how a particular record is retained or deleted, contact the privacy team.
Your Requests and Contact
To ask what personal information is held in connection with an order, request a correction or raise a deletion concern, email [email protected]. Include a relevant order ID and a way to verify that the request concerns your own record; do not attach wallet credentials. The response may need to preserve information required for an unresolved order or applicable obligation, and cannot remove public-chain transactions.
