How a Swaptron.io Exchange Works
Choose the crypto you want to send and the asset you want to receive. Swaptron.io builds an order around that direction, shows the available network and amount conditions, and sends the payout to the wallet address you enter. A standard crypto-to-crypto order does not require a trading account.
For TRX, you can start with an exchange route or enter an exact receive target of 10, 100 or 1000 TRX when an eligible live quote is available. Check the actual minimum and estimated payout before sending anything.
-
Choose a route and review the amount
Start at the TRX exchange to select a supported direction. The initial route set covers USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL and BNB against TRX in both directions. That does not mean every asset can be exchanged for every other asset. The order form lists the route and network options available at the time you use it.
Enter the amount you plan to send or set the amount you want to receive. On an exact receive order, the form recalculates the required source amount. Review the live quote, route minimum, service fee, any applicable network costs, estimated payout and quote mode before creating the order. A reference converter is useful for comparison; the placed order's displayed terms control the exchange.
-
Enter a wallet address on the receiving network
The payout address must accept the asset and network shown in the order. For a TRX payout, enter a TRON wallet address under your control. For USDT or USDC, match the payout network in the form to the version accepted by the receiving wallet or platform. A Bitcoin payout needs a compatible Bitcoin address; an SOL payout needs a Solana address.
Copy the address from your receiving wallet, check its beginning and ending characters, and inspect any network label or destination instructions. Some custodial platforms may require an additional identifier or may not accept a particular deposit network. Resolve that with the recipient before placing the order. A valid-looking address alone does not prove that the destination accepts the asset.
-
Send the deposit shown on the order
After the order is created, use its deposit address, source asset, network and amount. Send from the indicated chain only. An ETH deposit on Ethereum, for example, needs ETH for the Ethereum transfer; receiving TRX later does not pay that source-chain cost. A USDT transfer on TRON may need Bandwidth and Energy or enough TRX in the sending wallet. See TRON resource requirements for the underlying distinction.
Check the destination address and amount in your wallet before approving the transfer. Keep the order page open or save the order ID. Deposits that are late, below the displayed amount, or sent on a different network may need manual review and can change what the service can process. Do not send a second payment to an address from an old order without first checking its instructions.
-
Follow confirmations, processing and payout
The status page linked to the order ID should show whether the deposit has been detected, whether the required source-network confirmations have arrived, and when the exchange and payout stages begin. A wallet broadcast alone is not the same as a confirmed deposit. Blockchain congestion, exchange availability and the receiving network can affect the elapsed time.
When the payout is sent, compare its transaction details and destination address with the order. If your wallet has not displayed the funds, inspect the relevant receiving network and the recipient's crediting rules before opening a support request. Do not rely on a generic time estimate as a delivery guarantee.
If an order needs attention
If the deposit does not appear, compare the transaction hash with the order's source network and address. If it appears but the status is waiting, check whether the source chain has supplied the required confirmations. For an amount mismatch, an expired fixed quote, or a wrong-network deposit, contact Swaptron Support with the order ID and transaction hash. These cases are reviewed individually; a return is possible only where technically feasible and approved, and network costs may apply.
The exchange disclaimer explains rate and network boundaries. Our AML policy describes risk-based review, while the privacy policy explains how order and support data are handled.
Start an Exchange with the Right Network Details
Select a route on the TRX exchange form, check the live minimum and payout, and enter a wallet address that accepts the chosen network. Send only after the order shows its deposit instructions.
Exchange Process FAQ
These answers address account access, missing deposits and the difference between a reference conversion and an order quote.
A standard crypto-to-crypto order does not require a trading account. Save the order ID to track it. An individual order may still be paused for risk-based review and additional information.
Send support the order ID, source asset and network, transaction hash, and a description of what your wallet shows. Never send a seed phrase, private key or wallet password.
No. A reference conversion can change. The executable order displays the payout and conditions that apply to its quote mode; follow those terms before depositing.
