Contact Swaptron.io Support
Need help with an exchange order? Contact Swaptron Support at [email protected] or use the support form on this page. Requests can be submitted at any time. The time needed to investigate a network or compliance case may vary.
For an existing exchange, start with the order ID and status page. That lets the team find the right deposit, quote and payout record without asking you to repeat sensitive wallet information.
Order Support: What to Include
Tell us which route you used, the order ID, the source network, and what the order status shows. If you already sent funds, provide the public transaction hash and the sending wallet or platform's transfer status. If a payout is missing, include the receiving asset and network, the public payout transaction hash if shown, and the recipient's deposit status.
Describe the issue in one or two sentences: deposit not detected, confirmations pending, amount mismatch, quote expired, or payout not credited. Screenshots may help if they hide balances and personal details that are not needed. The exchange process explains where these stages appear.
Different Requests, Different Contacts
For a general order or service question, write to [email protected]. To ask how order or support information is handled, use [email protected] and see the privacy policy. For an order under risk review, use [email protected] and refer to the AML policy. Mention the order ID in any follow-up, and avoid sending the same request to every mailbox.
Keep Wallet Credentials Private
Swaptron Support does not need a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or remote access to investigate a public blockchain transfer. Do not follow a message that asks you to "verify" a wallet by disclosing those credentials or sending a new deposit to an address outside your order. Use the contact details on this site and compare them with the address shown in your browser.
A blockchain transaction hash and wallet address are public records; they are different from credentials. Send only the information needed to identify your order. If your concern is about a suspicious message claiming to be from the service, describe it to support without opening links or attachments from that message.
Before Sending a Follow-Up
Check the source-chain transaction, the order status and the receiving wallet's network. A detected deposit may still need confirmations; a sent payout may still await the recipient's credit. If the network or amount does not match the order, explain the discrepancy instead of repeating the transfer. The exchange disclaimer covers these boundaries.
For a new transaction, return to the TRX exchange and review the live order conditions before depositing.
