When an Order May Be Reviewed
An order may be flagged by transaction-screening controls, a sanctions-related match, inconsistent source or destination details, a deposit that differs from the order, suspected fraud or other unusual activity. A trigger is a reason to examine the case; it is not by itself a finding that the customer has done anything wrong.
Review may begin before processing or after a deposit is detected. While it is open, the order status may pause and the normal payout estimate may no longer apply. Sending another deposit or creating duplicate orders does not resolve the underlying issue.
Information We May Request
The team may request an explanation of the transaction, evidence relevant to the source of funds, information about a sending or receiving wallet, or identity information where the individual case and applicable requirements call for it. The request should say what is needed, where to submit it and how it relates to the order.
Provide only through the service's verified support or compliance channel. A seed phrase, private key, wallet password or remote wallet access is never needed to establish transaction ownership or investigate a deposit. An on-chain transaction hash can identify a public transfer; it is not a secret credential.
Possible Order Outcomes
After review, an order may continue under its applicable quote conditions, remain on hold while additional information is assessed, or be declined where processing is not possible. If a deposit cannot be exchanged, support may assess whether a technically possible return to a verified address can be approved. A return is not automatic, and blockchain costs may reduce the amount received. Applicable restrictions can limit what the team can disclose or do.
A deposit sent on the wrong network, below the required amount or after a fixed quote expires is also reviewed under the displayed order conditions. Those operational exceptions do not themselves establish an AML concern. Check the order process and exchange disclaimer for the broader transaction context.
Compliance Questions and Data Handling
For a review request, contact [email protected] and include the order ID. If you received an information request, reply through the verified channel it identifies. General order problems belong with Swaptron Support.
Information supplied for a review is handled for the relevant assessment, order resolution and any applicable record-keeping obligation. The privacy policy explains the categories of order and support data and how to ask about a record. We do not promise that a risk review will finish within the ordinary exchange processing time.
